Dolphins are a team

Here’s a wonderful story about a team that has brought into a team-first concept. Is it any wonder the coaches who are bringing this approach to this team used to coach in Dallas.

The problem with the Cowboys is that they have too many stars, and backups, who think they are stars.

During the season, several players thought about their contracts rather than what was happening on the field.

Two weeks ago I asked Tank Johnson was asked about his future and he said, “I can’t wait to get out of here.”

In the middle of the season, Ken Hamlin seemed to be more upset with a story written about his stolen rims than what was being said about him and his teammates on the field.

When Anthony Spencer was rehabbing from a hamstring injury, he didn’t seem interested to get to the practice field. He walked slowly with his head down and mumbled when he spoke. I asked Spencer about this and he said he didn’t like rehab, but understood it was a neccesity.
